by Saqqara for Linux, MacOS X, and Windows for release in 2008.

- Requires 'Mono' runtime support (minimum version to be decided). Mono is now normally integrated into popular distributions
of Linux such as Debian, Fedora, SUSE and Ubuntu.
- No beta or release timescale estimates yet. This will depend on level of interest.
InScribeX for MacOS X
- MacOS X version support to be determined but PowerPC and Intel versions planned.
- Pre-beta toolkit (with fonts) expected Summer 2008.
- Full beta aimed at Autumn 2008.
InScribeX for Windows

- InScribe 2008 remains the primary InScribe for Windows and contains features such as embedding that are not available on MacOS or Linux. InScribeX can
be used alongside InScribe 2008 for specialist applications.
- Full beta aimed at Autumn 2008.
